Warranty Terms
1. Warranty period:
This warranty clause applies to YICHE hardware products such as Yiche Automotive Remote Control (hereinafter referred to as "Products"). The warranty period is calculated continuously for one year from the date of purchase of the product (excluding special products).

2. Warranty coverage:
a. This warranty clause only applies to functional failures caused by product manufacturing defects or material quality issues. During the warranty period, for products that meet the warranty conditions, we will be responsible for free repair or replacement of faulty parts of the product.
b. The warranty scope is limited to the hardware part of the product and does not include software, batteries, and other accessories.
c. The warranty service is limited to faults under normal use conditions and does not include faults caused by human damage, accidents, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications.

3. Warranty claim:
a. If the product malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact our customer service department promptly and provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the malfunction.
b. We will provide corresponding solutions based on the fault situation, including repair, replacement of faulty components, or replacement of the entire product.
c. After obtaining our authorization, you can return the faulty product to us, and the delivery cost will be borne by you.

4. Warranty Disclaimer:
a. This warranty does not apply to the following situations: Natural disasters, accidents, human damage, illegal or unauthorized repairs, modifications, improper use, or malfunctions caused by not following the product manual.
b. This warranty does not cover any indirect or consequential damages caused by the use of the product, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, business interruption, etc.

5. Other terms:
a. This warranty clause applies to the original purchaser and is non transferable to others.
b. This warranty clause does not affect your consumer rights under the law.
c. We reserve the right to adjust and interpret this warranty clause based on actual circumstances.

Welcome to Mobile KD! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and related services provided by KEYDIY HK TECH LIMITED.

The App provides digital services and/or virtual content. Users may recharge their accounts or purchase virtual credits using supported payment methods, including Visa credit or debit cards. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store your full payment card information.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEYDIY HK TECH LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Refund Policy
Thank you for using Mobile KD. This Refund Policy applies to all in-app purchases, including virtual credits or recharge services purchased via Visa cards or other supported payment methods.
Refund Policy
1. Digital Products
All purchases made within the App are digital and virtual services. Once the recharge is successfully completed and virtual credits are added to your account, the purchase is considered delivered.
2. No Refund After Delivery
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable once the virtual credits have been delivered or used.
3. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, or if payment is completed but the recharge fails, please contact us at marty@keydiy.com. We will review the issue and process a refund if applicable.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, please notify us immediately. Refund requests for unauthorized transactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Payment Provider Policies
Refund processing may be subject to the policies and timelines of third-party payment providers, including Visa and payment processors.
